Shanti Kelemen
Chief Investment Officer at M&G Wealth Investments
Shanti joined M&G Wealth in 2021 as Chief Investment Officer and is responsible for the development and ongoing management of discretionary investment solutions offered by M&G Wealth. Prior to joining M&G, she worked in private banking for 10 years as investment director at Brown Shipley and at Coutts as director on their portfolio management team.

Phil Butler
Portfolio Manager at the M&G Treasury and Investment Office
Phil Butler, CFA, is a Multi Asset Portfolio Manager in the M&G Investment office, the fiduciary manager of Prudential UK&E Assets managing the retail saving solutions. Phil is the lead portfolio manager of the WS Prudential Risk Managed Active and Passive fund ranges, and Co-manager on the PruFund Planet and Future + Fund ranges. He joined the Investment Office in late 2011 and prior to this was part of M&Gs Investment graduate scheme and a research assistant at the Bank of England.
George Rolls
Investment Specialist within the M&G Asia team
George Rolls has been the Investment Specialist for M&G’s Emerging Market and Asian Equity strategies since 2021. Previously he had been working for the wider global equities business as a specialist and before this as a Fund Manager's Assistant for the Emerging Markets team.
He joined M&G in 2017 having previously worked as a Senior Performance and Risk analyst at Close Brothers Asset Management, where he also completed a graduate scheme.
He graduated with a BA (Hons) in Philosophy and Politics from the University of Manchester in 2013 and is a CFA charter holder.
